Flowers have an extraordinary ability to ground us in the present moment, helping us to appreciate life's beauty. They evoke treasured memories, express heartfelt emotions, and serve as a thoughtful gesture for any occasion. Whether you're celebrating love, friendship, gratitude, or simply the joy of living, flowers provide a timeless and elegant way to convey your deepest feelings when words are not enough.
At FreshChoice Supermarket (Te Awamutu and Leamington), I offer a selection of beautiful, budget-friendly bouquets to suit a variety of needs. If you have a specific vision or need something unique that isn’t available in-store, I am more than happy to create a custom arrangement just for you. I prioritize using the freshest seasonal blooms, locally grown and sourced. I create custom orders by colour pallet and occasion or theme.
Lovebloom is a home-based studio business, which is closed to the public except for order pickups, this way when I am not busy making bouquets, I can be in our urban garden where we grow many of the flowers used in your arrangements. Your flowers are truly made with love from start to finish. Please feel free to reach out—Im more than happy to help!
Thank you for visiting,
Lucy :)
Sustainable, in season, locally sourced produce
I strive to keep everything as local and close to home in Te Awamutu as possible. Currently, most of the stock comes directly from Tamahere from Freeda but now we are excited to have a new supplier Bron who runs B&Co Ohaupo flower farm! You really cant get much closer to home than that!!! I'm really excited to share the beautiful and unique flowers she has grown with so much love and care with my customers. Flowers are seasonal—so your bouquets will always reflect the beauty and change of the seasons as well ;-)
About us
Lovebloom was born out of my deep passion for flowers. We grow our blooms right here in our small home garden in Te Awamutu and what we don't grow we locally source. My partner, Matty, is my co-pilot in this journey, lending a hand with garden duties, greenhouse assembly, and—of course—reminding me not to spend too much on flowers (ha ha). I absolutely love growing, creating, and working with flowers—it’s pure joy for me. As an artist for my entire life, this feels like a natural and fulfilling path to follow. My flower journey has been both healing and empowering, and it never feels like work; it’s truly a labor of love. Not forgetting our head garden supervisors, Gingy and Piglet! While they’re better at starring in social media photos than handling pest control, they add plenty of chaos to our little operation. Lucy Xx
